1. Order & Production
Availability & Limited Editions
Each model is produced in a very limited quantity, usually in series of 10 pieces (Series 1). Once these 10 pieces are sold, the model is marked as "Sold Out".
The model I want is sold out — what can I do? If a sculpture is no longer available, you can express your interest by emailing djatenwork@gmail.com.
• Re-release (Series 2): I don't automatically relaunch production. Only if there is real demand from several collectors will I consider producing a Series 2.
• Value of Series 1: Series 1 remains the original edition of the model. If a Series 2 is produced, it may include minor variations so that pieces from the first series keep their unique character.
How are the pieces made?
Every Djatën creation is individually produced using high-precision 3D printing and refined with meticulous attention to detail. I make it a priority to bring your order to life as quickly as possible without ever compromising on quality.Most pieces are fully finished, quality-checked, and shipped within just 3 to 5 business days.
To ensure each item meets true collector-grade standards, every step of the process is carefully monitored from the first layer to final packaging. During periods of peak demand or for exceptionally intricate models, production may take up to 30 business days. This buffer guarantees that every sculpture leaves the studio in flawless condition.
2. Shipping & Creation Times
Delivery area
I currently ship to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands. Other destinations will be added soon.
The time it takes to create
Each work is unique. It requires dozens of hours of meticulous work and hand-finishing. To guarantee the excellence of your piece, I plan for a production cycle of 30 business days.
Delivery times
Once your piece is finished and handed to the carrier, standard delivery times are as follows:
Belgium: 2 to 5 business days after shipping.
Rest of the world: 1 to 2 weeks after shipping.
Tracking your piece
As soon as your parcel is shipped, you'll receive an email with a personal tracking number to follow your piece's journey to your door.
3. Exchanges & Returns
Can I change my mind?
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind (right of withdrawal).
Conditions: The piece must be returned in its original condition, with its labels and packaging.
Return costs: Return shipping costs and risks are your responsibility. Important: You must use a service with tracking and insurance covering the value of the piece.
4. Refunds
Can I cancel during production?
Since each piece is created specifically for you as soon as the order is confirmed, no cancellation is possible during the production phase. You must wait to receive the piece to exercise your right of withdrawal.
When and how will I be refunded?
The refund is issued once I have received and inspected the returned piece. If it is intact, the amount (price of the piece, excluding any initial shipping costs) will be credited to the card used for the purchase.
